How Our Mail-In Repair Process Works
We keep the process simple. The most important step is that you must talk with us by phone first for approval before mailing any device.

Submit your name, contact information, device type, and a brief description of the issue.
Call for Approval
Before sending your item, you must call us so we can discuss the problem and determine if we are able to service your device.
Ship Only After Approval
Once approved by phone, you can safely send your device to us for service evaluation and repair.
