Clear, Upfront Payment Policy
No surprises. Here's exactly how our fees, payments, and turnaround work, word for word what we'd tell you in the shop.
Cash is preferred and always fee-free, along with Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle. Credit & debit cards are welcome (3.5% processing fee).
Fees & Rates
Diagnostic: $80 for PCs and Macs, $100 for gaming/custom builds (includes up to 2 hours of testing). It's applied toward your repair if you proceed, and due upfront at drop-off.
On-site is $125/hour, remote support $80/hour, and data recovery starts at $99. We always confirm the price before any work beyond the diagnostic.
Turnaround
The majority of repairs wrap up within a day or two. If your repair is more involved or needs parts ordered, it may take longer, and Rush Service is there when you're in a hurry.
Payment Deadline
Payment is due within 30 days of completion. If it isn't received, the device is considered forfeited and transfers to GeekzUP Repairs, and storage fees may apply. Before that ever happens, rest assured, we always try to reach to you first.
Facing financial difficulty? As long as you stay in touch, we'll work with you on a solution.
Parts, Deposits & Your Data
If a part has to be special-ordered, we may ask for a deposit. Either way, we'll confirm with you before we buy anything.
We treat your data with care, can help with backups on request, and securely wipe any device before resale or trade-in.
